I’m sure you have all heard of smiths rosebud salve. I wanted so badly to try it however the nearest sephora is not very near at all. So when I found these “dupes” at bath and body works I had to give then a go, I am so glad I did.
These are WONDERFUL! I got the lavender salve friday and the rose salve today.
I’ve have the lavender for a nearly a week and I don’t think I can live without it at this point!
Packaging: adorable little tins, sort of vintage looking, I’m not to happy that the lid sort of slips on and off with no twist needed. It makes me a bit nervous it may pop open in my bag.

Price: sold at bath and body works and online at $5.50. (or buy 2 get one free… Right now anyway). Which sounds a bit steep but you receive 0.8oz/22G of product. Not to shabby I say.

Product: I’m in absolute love. The smell is gorgeous, they both have slight vanilla undertones but you can certainly smell the lavender/rose oils. The texture is quite a lot like vasaline and in a few review has been compared (quality wise) to vasaline as well. I disagree. It’s feels nice one the skin and does take a bit to soak in. It lasts basically as long as you don’t wipe it off. Two hours is the longest I noticed it lasting but I was eating and talking so it eventually gave way.

Uses: EVERYTHING. I will list what I personally use it for.
Lip balm, cuticles, elbows, razor burn, to tame my eyebrows, to tame fly aways, eye lashes at night (softens and conditions after a long day of wearing mascara), pimples, any dryspot on my face/body, bug bites, dry sore nose (blowing my nose a lot do to allergies), ear lobes (I have stretched or “gauged” my ears. That’s most of it. I’m sure I could use it for more things but I haven’t needed to yet.

So really I can use this for so so much and it cost so so little and it seems one tin will last me quite a while. So I completely recommend this product whole heartedly and hope of you DO give it a try you’ll drop me a line and let me know what you think. That’s all for now kittens. xx

It seems, and I’m not the only one to notice this, whenever I LOVE a product it either becomes largely popular and the price sky rockets out of my reach, OR, they discontinue it.

Alright boy and girls. I’ve decided to start a personal blog. I started this for shoes, makeup, bags, ext. and I love doing it. I love telling people where the deals are and what’s new and cute out in the shopping world.
But as predicted I became addicted. (and apparently I also have a gift for rhyme?)

“May Contain Nuts”
These are a bit cartoony and childish but OH do I love them.
IrregularChoice.com has posted their SS12 collection and it is AMAZING. These are $149. Not to bad considering the adorable details.
The pattern: LOVE. Fruit on a picnic blanket type pattern. I enjoy food not only in my belly but in my accessories as well. I once bought a glass ring solely because it looked like a toffee sucker. Mmm.
The design: Again, I don’t really care to much for open toe shoes but on these super summery shoes its the only way to go. I am loving the thought of strapping these to my feet and going to the board walk with my man. Some white shorts and a huge floppy red hat. I am all about it. It would seem that these slip on and off due to the stretchy bit on the back of the shoe. Again, for summer, I totally love the easy on/off of any shoe.
The heal!!: Yeah. Let’s talk about it. It’s a freakin ice cream cone! I am dying over here. I mean need I really say more about it. It’s amazing!
These shoes are just to cute to ramble on about. They really speak for themselves with such personality and flare I don’t think anyone should be without these this summer. (also available in a darker color) Treat your feet, and yourself. I know I will. xx

Hello kitty LV! Close enough!
So I found this little gem on eBay and fell immediately in love with it. I don’t have a LOT to say on this bag but I do have a few things.
For starters I am a huge fan of knock offs and while this isn’t really trying to be a replica it certainly took some of the LV blue and tan checked bags qualities. I am not really a LV fan I like the one that I own because it was a gift from a friends grandmother who I love. But when you throw hello kitty into the mix .. Well then we have a recipe for success.
Instead of saying Louis Vuitton / it says hello kitty and in the other blocks it has her face.
Really I just love this. Maybe it’s cheesy sure. But I don’t care in the least. I love HK and I always will.

Also I am thinking of starting a YouTube channel instead of posting 5 min videos on here. Since I’m always whining about how I use this blog to actually write I’m being a bit of a hypocrite by posting videos. If I start up a channel I’ll add my little name thing to my info. I love you my little jewels. xx

Hey lovers. Sorry this picture is horrible but it’s from the Irregular Choice news letter off my phone, only because I can’t find another photo.
Abigail’s Party has always been a favorite IC design of mine. I constantly see the new colors and patterns and just want to eat them up.
As you all know, when it comes to shoes, I love booties (oh stop). These are always a wonderful choice and I recently saw a pair that reminded me of strawberries from IC and was seriously thinking of buying them when I got the SS12 collection news letter/look book, and I saw these.
These nude little boots are just amazing and from the picture look a bit “rugged” for lack of a better word. Sort of hemp or burlap material. I love them and can’t wait until they are available. I got the email the other day! The bi-annual email that brings global joy.
The Irregular Choice seasonal news letter! I am obsessed with a certain pair that unfortunately isn’t available on the site yet. But let’s just say I’m going to have a PARTY when they are. Perhaps my dear friend ABIGAIL would like to come. (bad joke for IC fans)
Anyway these were the first of new shoes to catch my eye. “Oh Ello”, such a cute name! You will have to pop over to IrregularChoice.com and get a look for yourself but these babies have a whole lot going on.
Things I like:
I really have taken a liking to the pattern and color. It’s retro(ish) and also really wearable. I like the wooden sole look, though I hate how loud it can be. I ADORE the huge arrangement of flowers on the front. (again this picture doesn’t do them justice, the flower arrangement on the front is VERY large and bulky all the while simply fabulous)

Things I dislike:
Number one thing I do not like and the deal breaker for me is the hearts inside the heal. I HATE them. I don’t really enjoy the look of hearts as it is but these just feel so out of place on this floral/wooden shoe. I don’t really care for the shape. I can’t put my finger on it but they feel a bit grandma ish.

All in all I give these 3 1/2 out of 5 stars. The hearts in the heal REALLY hurt them. Plus not everyone wants that much bulk on the toe. Pricing at $199 I need to LOVE the shoes. I’m not going to blow nearly $200 on just any old things.
It’s that time again designers are working on Summer/Spring 2012 designs. I’m like a kid in a candy store! Except all the candy is online and I can’t afford a single M&M. O well, cheers for suffering threw until I get a job. Keep your fingers crossed for me? I lurve you all, truly. xx
